The Harvard-Thorndike CRC is closed for the following major holidays:

• July 4

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

• New Year's Eve

• New Year's Day

Scheduled Closings of the CRC

The CRC is closed for about a week, three times a year as listed below:

•   The week of July 4th. We will close at 2 PM on Friday June 27, 2008, reopening at 8 AM Monday July 7, 2008

•   The week before Labor Day. We will close Friday August 22, 2008 at 2 PM and reopen on Tuesday September 2, 2008 at 8 AM.

•   The week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. We will close at 2 PM on Tuesday December 23rd, 2008 and reopen on Friday January 2, 2009 at 8 AM.

During unit closings the nursing staff is off duty and admissions to the CRC inpatient unit may not be scheduled. However, some CRC supported outpatient or scatter nurse studies on other units may be conducted during our closings with prior agreement by the administrative leadership. Please contact Linda Godfrey-Bailey, Nurse Manager with requests. Office staff members may be available weekdays during July and August closings to assist you with administrative matters.
